(( how is exactly is marceline too dark? She is the one charecter that almost anyone can relate to. Dont believe me? Here. Let me list the reasons why.She has issues with her parents/father, just like everyone else in the world.
She loves music, and expresses her feelings through singing.
She loves to joke around, pull pranks, and have a good time.
She has been in love before, and got hurt by that person. ( Ash. )
She wants to be herself and do her own thing.
She wants her dad to accept her for who she is.
And the list goes on.
To me, Marceline is not a “dark character.” She is just someone who a lot of people and children can relate to. If anything, she is making the show better. ))
